Specialist Transportation
The transportation of packed or unpacked equipment using a vehicle specifically designed for the movement of high-value, delicate items. This includes delivery to, or collection from, point of use and assembly/disassembly of equipment as required. Also includes removal and disposal of all packaging materials.
All unpacked equipment will be protected during handling and transit using our own protective materials such as padded flight cases, foam blankets, anti-static bubble-wrap, corner boards etc.

Site Surveys / Method Statements / Risk Assessments / Migration Security Plans
A key service which ensures that the correct resources will be deployed to complete the work at the first time of asking and within the agreed price. Risk Assessments also ensure that all relevant Health and safety issues are addressed. The Migration Security Plan will address matters such as vehicle security, in-transit communication, satellite tracking, decoy vehicles, security escorts etc.

Relocation Services
Relocation of equipment within a customer’s premises or to a different location.
This can range from entire Data Centres, Computer Rooms, Laboratories, Disaster Recovery Sites, and Production Floors etc to single items such as servers.
All equipment is suitably protected prior to transit.

For major or complex moves Carry Gently will manage all aspects of the project. This includes liaison with the Health and Safety Executive, Local Authority Traffic Management departments and enlisting sub-contracted services such as cranes and scaffolding.
