Carry gently was established in 1984 by David Hurst and Michael Kennedy.

David and Michael combined the expertise they had gained in different areas of the transport business to create a company capable of meeting the specialist transport needs of the then rapidly developing technology industries.  Both David and Michael remain actively involved in running the business to this day.

From very modest beginnings Carry Gently has evolved into a modern enterprise and leading provider of specialist transportation and associated ancillary services.

The Company’s Head Office is in Aldershot, Hampshire and there is also a depot in Manchester. 

Carry Gently employs a staff of 36 and operates a fleet of 18 specialist vehicles.

Carry Gently has ISO 9001 registration, is a member of the Road Haulage Association and also the United Kingdom Warehousing Association.

Through an unerring commitment to professionalism and customer service, Carry Gently has established a prestigious and diverse customer base comprising major corporate entities and medium to small businesses.  At Carry Gently we believe the quality of our customer base is testimony to the exacting standards of service we provide.
